Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okayplay platform — including all game sections, account features, deposit and withdrawal functions, and any related content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, whether you are browsing as a guest or operating a registered account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okayplay platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, layout, and software — is the intellectual property of okayplay or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of okayplay. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws and may expose you to legal liability.
